1. Return Policy Overview
At Tech Trends , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Contact our customer service team at techtrends.computer@gmail.com with your order number
- Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Ship the item to the address provided
5. Return Shipping
- Defective or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid shipping label
- Change of mind returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
7. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
