Order Status

You can track your order status at any time:

  • Processing: Your order has been received and is being prepared.
  • Shipped: Your order is on its way. Check your email for tracking info.
  • Delivered: Your package has arrived at the destination.

To check your order status, log into your account or use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In original, unopened packaging (for sealed products)
  • In like-new condition with all accessories and documentation
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened software or digital products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email us at techtrends.computer@gmail.com or call +1 347 353 0608 to request a return authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories.
  3. Ship It Back: Use the prepaid shipping label we provide (for defective items) or ship via your preferred carrier.
  4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

Want to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product? Simply follow the return process and place a new order. We'll process your refund as soon as we receive the original item.
